Camp Overview

Girls 8 through 12 grades

Fast Break provides an ideal setting for girls entering 8th through 12th grade to learn, improve and rehearse their skills while playing the game we love. Through day long access to best-of-sport coaches and nationally prominent players of today’s game, campers are exposed to a Havrillavariety of new ideas and techniques designed for success. Each day the morning sessions are devoted to individual technique and skill development, while the afternoons are dedicated to team concept and small games. In the evenings we pull it all together during highly competitive full field games. Often times, today’s campers become tomorrow’s Cavaliers – connections and relationships are formed throughout the week on and off the field.

FACILITIES:  Fast Break Lacrosse Camp takes advantage of the outstanding athletic facilities at the University of Virginia.  Campers will have the opportunity to play on a lighted Astroturf field, the University Hall grass fields, and the Cage (an indoor facility) when available.
