Enrollment can only be secured by returning an application with a Deposit of $200.00 OR Payment In Full ($350.00). The deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total fee. The balance is due by JUNE 9, 2008. The camp is owned and operated by Julie Myers, President of Cavalier Lacrosse, Inc.
